Instructions for paying online
- Click Link Above to BS&A Online
- Click on Utility Billing Payments
- Locate account with either the Location ID (this is the account number on the utility bill) or with the Parcel Number.
- Click “Search”
- Account should come up with balance due.
- Click “Make Payment” at bottom right.
- Complete payment information.
